Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end client engagement including onboarding, training, and adoption.

  • Drive usage and product adoption across key D2C and SMB accounts.

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Delivery teams as the customer advocate.

  • Track and analyze success metrics to ensure consistent platform utilization.

  • Identify potential risks early and implement proactive solutions for retention.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management.

  • Prior experience on the brand side of supply chain / D2C operations is mandatory.

  • Exposure to AI/ML-led or analytics-driven SaaS products is a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Demonstrated ownership mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Experience managing strategic or enterprise-level clients will be preferred.
