Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end API production activities within the assigned block
  • Ensure adherence to production targets, timelines, and quality standards
  • Monitor and control process parameters to optimize yield and efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety, cost, and productivity
  • Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, EHS, and regulatory requirements
  • Mentor and develop the production team to enhance technical capabilities

Key Requirements:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
  • 1215 years of relevant experience in API manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory audits (USFDA, EU), and EHS standards
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
