Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing the sales team. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, setting sales targets, and ensuring the team meets its goals. The Sales Manager will also coordinate with marketing teams to align strategies and improve sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and incorporate them into strategic planning
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
