About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage
multiple PMC construction sites

across the Maharashtra region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resource planning, client coordination, and ensuring smooth execution and delivery of all project activities as per quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end operations of
    multiple construction project sites

.
- Ensure timely execution, quality control, and adherence to project schedules.
- Plan, deploy, and manage manpower and resources across sites efficiently.
- Act as the primary point of contact for
client communication and coordination

.
- Conduct regular site visits, reviews, and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, drawings, BOQs, and PMC processes.
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for management and clients.
- Resolve site-level issues, escalations, and operational bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong multi-site coordination and team leadership skills.
  • Excellent client-handling and communication abilities.
  • Good understanding of civil execution, PMC processes, and site operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office, project tracking, and reporting tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to make quick decisions.

Qualifications:

  • BE Civil / Diploma Civil / Construction Management preferred.
  • 7–12 years of experience in Construction/PMC operations.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-site construction projects.
  • Knowledge of MS Projects
