Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Private Equity Analyst Intern to join our investment team. This is a hands-on role where you will learn the entire lifecycle of a deal from sourcing to diligence to execution.

As part of the team, you will -

• Work closely with senior investment team on live acquisition opportunities.
• Learn how to analyze SaaS and digital businesses, assess risks, and identify growth levers.
• Get exposure to financial modeling, strategy, legal documents, and investor communications.
• Build a deep understanding of the micro-PE model and how deals are structured in the digital economy.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal Sourcing -

Identify and qualify acquisition targets through deal platforms, LinkedIn outreach, and proprietary channels.
- Due Diligence -

Analyze P&Ls, cash flow statements, churn, retention, and growth metrics of SaaS/mobile businesses.
- Market Research -

Study industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging business models.
- Financial Modeling -

Assist in revenue forecasting, valuation models, ROI scenarios, and sensitivity analysis.
- Investor Materials -

Draft investment memos, teasers, and presentations for internal and client discussions.
- Deal Documentation -

Support in reviewing and drafting NDAs, LOIs, referral agreements, and term sheets.
- Strategic Analysis -

Contribute to playbooks on scaling acquired businesses and identifying synergies.
- Reporting & Insights -

Track deal pipelines, prepare dashboards, and share insights with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Recently completed an undergraduate/postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
• 0–1 year of experience in business focused roles (internships count).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A genuine interest in entrepreneurship, M&A, and the digital economy.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global team environment.
