Lead and supervise the Record to Report (RTR) team focusing on IFRS15 (S15), revenue accounting, and OPEX accounting. Oversee month-end assessments, including Generic POB, Tech Fund, Rebate True Ups, and accruals. Manage external audits and statutory reporting requirements. Coordinate GL activities including period management, HFM uploads, SOX controls, and balance sheet reconciliations. Drive automation and efficiency improvements across RTR processes. Deliver timely and insightful revenue/margin analytics aligned with business KPIs. Support new transitions from local markets and ensure smooth integration. Mentor and develop team capabilities through guidance and performance management. Build strong relationships with ARC teams and local market stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and issues. Process automation and digital transformation in finance operations.
