Description Of Role
We are looking for a Recruiter who can own and drive our hiring strategy, specifically tailored for product and technology talent. This is a strategic, individual contributor role suited for someone who has worked in fast-paced product-based environments and can handle end-to-end recruitment cycle.

Primary/Mandate Skills

  • 4-6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience with a strong track record in product-based companies.
  • Proven success in hiring across roles and levels
  • Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills – creative and proactive in finding top talent.
  • Strong understanding of modern tech stacks, engineering roles, and startup dynamics.

Experience

  • Strong ability to work independently
  • Own and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier product and tech talent.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand the requirements of open positions, compose the JD accordingly and publish to multiple sourcing channels.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, employee referrals, Naukri, etc.
  • Screen resumes, do initial interviews to determine candidate qualifications and fitment to the role. Accordingly, schedule further interviews with hiring teams.
  • Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Screen and assess candidates for both technical fit and culture alignment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks.
  • High level of maturity, confidentiality and professionalism.

Education & Qualifications

  • Relevant Experience, MBA in HR or equivalent qualification preferable
