As Senior Helpdesk Analyst, you will join our collaborative IT team that supports our growing ITAM consulting company. You will help troubleshoot all IT systems in an ever-changing IT environment that strives to be at the forefront of technology innovations. On a daily basis, you will perform problem determination and resolution and records all trouble situations reported to IT, provide basic training to employees, and provide first level support on all platforms including, but not limited to PCs, Networks, Windows, Office365, and on all applications. Anglepoint will help you not only stay up on current technologies but continue learning on all new technologies as they are available.

As Senior Helpdesk Analyst you will:

  • Support, monitor and maintain for all desktop computers and user support in your geographic area.
  • Help with the team to resolve user issues, software application errors, shared resource access, hardware/software configuring and installations, performing maintenance related to any needed hardware and software, providing on-site field support to customers for repairs or upgrades, and other duties as assigned
  • Administer core IT systems (Microsoft O365, JAMF, firewalls, Azure AD, Intune, etc)
  • Assist with the latest procedures and documentation for all platforms
  • Assist with property technical asset inventory
  • Keep up with current trends and technologies in the industry findings, escalating complex problems to the appropriate IT staff or service vendors and communicating final resolution to clients and users
  • Other duties as assigned

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of strong IT Administration (Office 365, Azure AD, SharePoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 1+ years of experience with Intune, Autopilot, and JAMF
  • Experience with fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture and team relationship
  • Project management and people management skills
  • Knowledge of Policy and Procedure methodologies
  • Knowledge of computer system installation, troubleshooting, problem determination, and restoration techniques
  • Knowledge of networking technologies, electronic hardware and software, real-time systems, and mission-critical systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented and be able to perform many tasks at one time
  • Responsible, accountable, & proactive self-starter and self-learner
  • Willing to work across multiple time zones as part of a virtual team
  • Flexible & adaptable in a dynamic team environment
  • Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and members of management in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities
  • Must be able to complete standard forms and reports
  • Travel both domestically and internationally (typically less than 10%)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SAM, system management, and/or inventory
  • Familiarity with various IT management / governance frameworks
  • Familiarity with License Agreements, License policies and business practices
  • Any of the following certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, GISF,CAPM
  • College training equivalent to Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training preferred
