  • Handle calls, emails, correspondence, and visitor management.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, office records, and documentation.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and preparing reports.
  • Manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
  • Support HR in recruitment coordination, attendance, and leave records.
  • Draft and circulate official communications, letters, and notices.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of deals.
  • Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional events, and exhibitions.
  • Maintain customer database and prepare sales/BD progress reports.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings, events, and forums.
  • Update leads and follow-up status in CRM tools or Excel trackers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
