Admin Assistant

* Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle calls, emails, correspondence, and visitor management.
- Maintain organized filing systems, office records, and documentation.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and preparing reports.
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Support HR in recruitment coordination, attendance, and leave records.
- Draft and circulate official communications, letters, and notices.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional events, and exhibitions.
- Maintain customer database and prepare sales/BD progress reports.
- Represent the company professionally in client meetings, events, and forums.
- Update leads and follow-up status in CRM tools or Excel trackers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
