About the Role:
ITM Group of Institutions is looking for a dynamic and driven Placement Coordinator/Manager to handle placements for Undergraduate (UG) Programs. This role is ideal for someone with strong corporate connections, strategic thinking, and a passion for helping students kick-start their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campus Placements (UG): Drive placement efforts for undergraduate students across various streams, ensuring successful job offers and internships.
- Corporate Relations: Establish and manage strong relationships with 500+ leading companies (HR Heads, TA Managers, CXOs) to create opportunities for UG students.
- Placement Targets: Strategize and achieve targets for final placements, internships, and Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs).
- Logistics & Coordination: Organize and manage all aspects of on-campus and virtual placement drives.
- Corporate Engagement: Facilitate guest lectures, workshops, and corporate events to expose students to industry insights.
- Student Readiness: Coordinate soft skills training, interview preparation, and grooming sessions for enhanced employability.
- Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate placement records, offer letters, and audit-related documentation.
- Alumni Connect: Leverage alumni networks to generate placement leads and mentoring opportunities.
