Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR professional with strong B2B relationship management skills to lead the Board Placement vertical. The role involves engaging with corporates, understanding their board and leadership needs, and managing end-to-end placement processes for board positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Corporate Outreach & Business Development

Identify and develop new corporate leads for board placements and leadership requirements.

Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, CHROs, and Board Chairs.

Conduct presentations and pitch MentorMyBoard's Board Placement solutions to potential clients.

Maintain a robust corporate pipeline and drive conversions from leads to active mandates.

  1. End-to-End Placement Coordination

Understand the organization's board composition and specific requirements.

Liaise between the corporate client and suitable board-ready candidates.

Manage the entire process from profiling and shortlisting to interviews and final placement.

Ensure timely closure and smooth onboarding of placed directors.

  1. Strategic & Operational Contributions

Collaborate with internal teams to align corporate mandates with the board talent pool.

Maintain detailed records of interactions, mandates, and outcomes through CRM or databases.

Support in creating thought leadership content, case studies, and success stories for the placement vertical.

Contribute to monthly business targets and placement goals.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate structures and governance.

Proven experience in B2B lead generation, client servicing, or talent acquisition (preferably leadership/board level).

High ownership, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset.

Strong organizational and negotiation skills.

Qualification & Experience:

MBA / PGDM in HR, Marketing, or related field.

2–3 years of experience in corporate HR, executive search, or B2B client management roles.

Prior experience in leadership hiring, corporate partnerships, or governance-related roles will be an advantage.
