We are seeking a dedicated Desktop & Asset Management Engineer to provide end user support and manage IT assets. This role involves troubleshooting. hardware/software issues, maintaining accurate asset inventories, and ensuring end user devices are compliant and fully functional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for desktops/laptops via ITSM Tool, phone, email, and in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware failures (components, battery, screens).
  • Install, configure, and update OS, drivers, and applications.
  • Set up new devices (imaging, configuration, user profiles).
  • Troubleshoot and configure VPN and O365 issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.

Asset Management

  • Maintain up-to-date asset inventory and support records.
  • Ensure compliance with asset lifecycle processes (procurement to disposal).
  • Collaborate with the IT team on process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong desktop support skills (hardware troubleshooting, OS installs, imaging).
  • Experience with VPN troubleshooting and O365 configurations.
  • Good understanding of IT asset management practices.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework.
  • Experience with remote support tools.

Other Requirements
Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, on-call, and weekend schedules.
