About the Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid campaigns across digital channels to drive traffic, generate leads, and improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
  • Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and budgets for better performance.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams for ad creatives.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
