About the Opportunity:
We're looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and experienced in scaling digital campaigns for measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve target CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion goals.
- Conduct A/B testing, analyze campaign data, and generate performance reports.
- Research audience behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to refine targeting strategies.
- Manage budgets and allocate spends efficiently across channels.
- Collaborate with the creative and content team to design high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with campaign optimization, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
