Senior Associate / Manager Credit Monitoring Summary

Join a technology-enabled private markets / asset-management analytics firm working with global banks and asset managers to underwrite and monitor corporate loan portfolios. This is a client-facing, high-impact role requiring strong credit underwriting, portfolio monitoring, and people-management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting end-to-end credit underwriting and ongoing monitoring of corporate loan portfolios across sectors.
  • Preparing detailed credit notes, performing financial and EBITDA analysis, and assessing capital structures.
  • Carrying out industry risk reviews and identifying credit red flags with mitigation proposals.
  • Presenting credit assessments and recommendations to credit committees and client stakeholders.
  • Leading, mentoring, and quality-checking a team of credit analysts to drive process rigor and timely delivery.
  • Managing client relationships and independently running new client projects with minimal guidance.
Requirements
  • 810 years experience in credit underwriting / portfolio monitoring of corporate loans.
  • Strong financial modelling, ratio and EBITDA analysis skills and deep commercial lending domain knowledge.
  • 12 years of supervisory or managerial experience (preferred).
  • Proven client-management skills and experience presenting to credit committees.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and drive process improvements.
