Role Summary


• Manage, plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Amazon, USA, UK, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Bigbasket, Meesho, Myntra, and Swiggy.


• Drive sales growth, optimize ad spend, and achieve target ACoS / ROAS.


• Oversee keyword and catalog optimization, ensuring both paid and organic growth.


• Collaborate with internal teams (catalog, pricing, creative, and operations) for campaign excellence.

Key Responsibilities


• Build and manage marketplace ad strategies.


• Execute Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other ad formats.


• Manage bidding, budgeting, targeting, keyword research, and campaign optimization.


• Conduct A/B testing, performance experiments, and implement learnings.


• Track and optimize ACoS, ROAS, TACoS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.


• Maintain profitability at SKU/category level through performance and listing optimization.


• Coordinate for listing updates, deals, and promotions with cross-functional teams.


• Create and automate performance dashboards & weekly/monthly reports.


• Identify and reduce wasted ad spend (irrelevant keywords, low-performing placements).


• Develop playbooks for campaign management and scaling

Must-Have (Non-Negotiable) Skills


• 5 – 8 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads/AMS, Flipkart Ads and other market places.


• Proven record of achieving ACoS / ROAS / GMV targets.


• Strong analytical skills with Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).


• Experience using Seller Central / Vendor Central / Flipkart Seller Hub.


• Familiarity with performance metrics (ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CR, CVR, CPC).


• Analytical mindset — able to translate data into insights and actions.


• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
