About the Role:

We are looking for an
HR Trainee with a strong technical background
to join us. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing and managing
Odoo HRMS software
for our clients, handle HR operations, and coordinate with other HR branches. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to grow in
HR + Technology
with hands-on training and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the
    implementation and configuration of Odoo HRMS
    software for clients.
  • Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR coordination.
  • Collaborate with different branches of the HR department to streamline processes.
  • Provide
    technical support
    for HRMS-related queries and ensure smooth system usage.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, data analysis, and documentation.
  • Participate in training sessions to learn both HR and technical aspects of the role.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

**Education Qualification:

  • BCA / BBA / MBA (HR or related field)
  • Strong interest in HR + Technology
  • Skills Required:
  • Basic understanding of HR functions & processes
  • Good knowledge of software/IT tools (preferred: Odoo or ERP exposure)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies**

- Training & Confirmation:
- 3-Month Training Period: Hands-on training in HRMS software (Odoo) and HR operations.After
- successful training, the candidate will be confirmed as a full-time HR Executive.
- NOTE: Selected candidates will be required to sign a 1-year service agreement with the company.
