Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Content Writer/Editor to lead our content creation efforts across digital platforms and web. You will be responsible for crafting compelling, SEO-optimized, and brand-aligned content while ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic alignment across all communication. From blogs and website copy to whitepapers and video scripts, your words will shape our brand voice and engage our audience. Specifically formatting content for U.S and Australian Markets.

Key Responsibilities

Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for blogs, web pages, email campaigns, social media, case studies, whitepapers, video scripts, and more.

Develop and maintain editorial standards, brand tone, and style guidelines.

Lead content planning in collaboration with SEO, strategy, design, and marketing teams.

Edit and mentor junior content writers to improve quality and consistency.

Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and user engagement.

Conduct in-depth research to support content accuracy and relevance.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex ideas into accessible content.

Maintain content calendars and meet tight deadlines across multiple projects.

Analyze content performance and iterate based on analytics and feedback.

Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing tactics, and competitor activity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

2-5 years of professional writing/editing experience, ideally in digital or content marketing.

Strong editorial judgment and exceptional grammar, writing, and editing skills.

Proven portfolio of published articles, blogs, or branded content.

Deep understanding of SEO, keyword strategies, and content frameworks.

Familiarity with CMS tools (WordPress, Web flow), Google Analytics, and content planning software (e.g., Monday, Hootsuite).

Experience in managing a team of writers or freelancers is a plus.

Ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms specifically for the U.S and Australian audience.

Detail-oriented with excellent project and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in legal, health, B2B SaaS, or tech content is a plus.

Knowledge of video scripting, podcasting, or UGC content creation.

Exposure to tools like Grammarly, SurferSEO, Jasper, or Clearscope.
