Job Description: We are seeking energetic and persuasive Tele calling Executives who can effectively communicate with potential clients, explain our services, and convert inquiries into leads or appointments. Candidates with good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain Legal Capital's services
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally
  • Maintain and update the client database on a regular basis
  • Generate leads and follow up with interested clients
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for client conversions
  • Achieve daily and monthly call/lead targets

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle client calls confidently and politely
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
  • Fluency in English and regional languages (preferred)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience: 0–4 Years (Freshers can also apply)

Education: Any Graduate / 12th Pass with good communication skills
