About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented
Accounts Executive
to join our dynamic team. If you have experience in client payment follow-ups, ledger updates, and account reconciliation, this role offers a stable and growth-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Professionally follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain and reconcile ledgers with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Keep records updated for invoices, receipts, and balances.
  • Work closely with accounts and sales teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare regular reports to support management decisions.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience
    in accounting or ledger management.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel
    and accounting tools (Tally, Zoho, or similar).
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
