Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role for a Talent Consultant with IT expertise at AJM Consulting. The role is based in Pune, allowing for some work from home. The Talent Consultant will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top IT talent, managing the recruitment lifecycle, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. The position also involves leveraging IT expertise to assess candidates' technical skills and improve recruitment strategies through data analysis and market research.

Qualifications

  • Experience in IT recruiting, talent acquisition, and sourcing strategies
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct technical interviews and assess IT skills
  • Experience with data analysis and market research related to recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in a consulting or IT services environment is a plus
