Job Purpose Summary:

The
Responsys Developer
will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle Responsys-based marketing automation solutions. This role involves close collaboration with business, analytics, and engineering teams to create and optimize personalized, data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns using
    Oracle Responsys
    .
  • Develop and manage
    data integrations
    , filters, dynamic content, and segmentation logic.
  • Build and maintain
    programmatic workflows
    using
    Interact Programs
    .
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and technical teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize campaign performance and deliverability.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with
    data protection and privacy standards
    .
  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Support testing and QA of campaign logic, dynamic content, and audience targeting.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years
    of hands-on experience working with
    Oracle Responsys
    .
  • Strong technical proficiency in
    SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
    .
  • Proven experience in
    campaign automation
    ,
    segmentation
    , and
    personalization
    .
  • Familiarity with
    API integrations
    and
    data management workflows
    .

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other
    marketing automation platforms
    (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign).
  • Knowledge of
    CRM systems
    and
    Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
    .
  • Understanding of
    email deliverability best practices
    and campaign analytics.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to campaign quality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a hybrid environment.

Hybrid — expected to work
