We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced US Tech and Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at SIA GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LLC. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting, with expertise in bench sales recruitment.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US Tech and Bench Sales positions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for each role.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and process flow.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the recruitment market.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT Services & Consulting, preferably in bench sales recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of US Tech and Bench Sales markets and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
