About the Role

We are seeking energetic and skilled Business Development Executives for our Trivandrum and Calicut locations. Candidates with experience in Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, or Hardware sales will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Conduct regular field visits, meet prospects, understand requirements, and present solutions.
  • Promote Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, and Hardware solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB and enterprise clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Deliver product presentations, demos, and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for solution design and deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate updates in CRM regarding leads, interactions, and sales progress.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of field sales experience in Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, or Hardware.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage field sales independently.
  • Good understanding of technology solutions and customer needs.
  • Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
  • Highly motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven.
