Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle for both Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent hiring mandates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth coordination and strong professional relationships.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and deliver suitable candidates within defined timelines.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, monitor daily activities, set performance goals, and ensure achievement of hiring targets.
- Drive strategic sourcing through multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, references, and internal databases.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical expertise, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with clients to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate the offer and onboarding process.
- Handle negotiations on offers, billing, and contractual terms in coordination with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, hiring dashboards, and status trackers to provide regular updates to management and clients.
- Ensure team productivity and process efficiency through regular reviews, motivation, and training.
- Build long-term partnerships with clients by delivering high-quality, timely, and result-oriented recruitment solutions.
