Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production in the facility
- Design and implement equipment modifications to improve safety and reliability
- Troubleshoot issues in machinery, processes, and operations
- Develop and maintain production schedules and manpower requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Apply new technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Coordinate with suppliers, engineers, and customers to resolve quality issues
- Train and supervise staff on new equipment and procedures
- Monitor and calibrate technical equipment for optimal performance
- Analyze production data and recommend improvements
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial automation

Qualifications
