Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, understand their wellness needs, and provide suitable recommendations.
  • Explain services, wellness programs, and treatment plans clearly.
  • Conduct basic assessments as per company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with therapists and doctors for client treatment flow.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and program progress.
  • Maintain daily reports, client records, and documentation accurately.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, customer care, and service quality.
  • Support the branch in meeting monthly sales and wellness targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell wellness packages when required.

Requirements:

  • Any degree / diploma in wellness, nutrition, or related field (preferred).
  • Freshers or candidates with 6 months–2 years of experience in wellness, healthcare, or customer service.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle clients professionally.
