Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Cosmetologist to join our aesthetic and wellness team. The ideal candidate will perform skin, hair, and beauty procedures, provide personalized consultations, and ensure a high-quality client experience. She should be knowledgeable about cosmetology treatments, equipment handling, and client skin-care needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct skin and hair analysis to understand client concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Perform cosmetology procedures such as facials, peels, dermaplaning, cleanup, microdermabrasion, laser hair reduction assistance, body polishing, and other aesthetic services (as per center offerings).
• Assist dermatologists or senior therapists during advanced dermat/aesthetic procedures when required.
• Maintain accurate client records, treatment details, and follow-up schedules.
• Educate clients about skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare instructions.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and functioning properly.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and infection control as per clinic guidelines.
• Recommend suitable skincare products and support client conversions.
• Build strong client relationships to improve satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
• Stay updated with skincare trends, cosmetology techniques, and new technologies.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, or related field.
• Experience in salons, dermatology/aesthetic clinics, or wellness centers is preferred.
• Knowledge of skincare products, treatment machines, and professional cosmetology techniques.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of skin & hair treatments
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Professional grooming, polite attitude, and well-presented appearance
• Ability to operate cosmetology/aesthetic devices confidently (training will be provided if needed)
• Attention to detail and hygiene standards
• Sales ability for treatment upgrades and product recommendations
• Good time management and multitasking skills
