About Position: As Principal Sales Enabelment for our Experience Transformation (XT) Consulting practice, you will collaborate closely with XT seller-practitioners on our efforts to shape impactful experiences through insights and innovation. Your role will be pivotal in consulting with clients to articulate a clear and compelling vision and establish strong relationships, and to collaborate with other XT practitioners who will guide them through successful digital transformations. You will engage with leaders to realise the value of Experience Transformation: Improved perception of Persistent as a strategic thought partner, deeper insights about client problems and opportunities, and better outcomes for our clients and the people they serve through expertly designed and human-centred experiences.

Possible concepts, journeys, personas, and other artifacts that demonstrate an effective and differentiated approach to the problem and solution space. Influence XT revenue growth by acting as a trusted Experience Transformation advisor for clients, as well as for Persistent sales and delivery leaders. Cross-Functional Integration: Forge strong internal networks, integrating a design and innovation lens to optimize and differentiate our go-to-market strategy and tactics.

Help position the team as an originator and incubator of new ideas and a driver of organizational change. External Alignment & Activation: Understand and synthesize the competitive, technology, and design industry landscapes to inform and develop impactful, innovative marketing and sales strategies, well-aligned and differentiated offerings, and forward-looking engagement models. Effectively represent and promote XT.Expertise

You'll Bring: Proven experience in digital strategy, UX/HCD/design thinking, user experience transformation, concept development & incubation, and leadership in a technology-focused environment. Strong background in consulting, with a proven track record of successful revenue growth in digital and user experience transformation. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and engage executive stakeholders.

Deep understanding of current and emerging digital technologies, with a focus on leveraging them to solve complex business challenges. Bonus: Domain expertise in designing for BFSI, Healthcare, and/or Salesforce. Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package
