We are looking for a skilled Business Centre Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience in catering sales to join our team at Taj Skyline Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the business centre, ensuring seamless execution of events and meetings.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in catering sales with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including hotel management and event planning.
