Business Centre Manager – with a background in Catering Sales

We are looking for a skilled Business Centre Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience in catering sales to join our team at Taj Skyline Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the business centre, ensuring seamless execution of events and meetings.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and objectives.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in catering sales with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including hotel management and event planning.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in managing teams and driving business results through strategic planning.
