Position Summary:

The Product Manager executes on the product vision and strategy by translating priorities into actionable plans and coordinating delivery across stakeholders. This role partners with Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Technology teams to manage requirements, ensure compliance, and measure success. The PM applies design thinking principles, systems thinking, and user-centered practices (personas, journey mapping) and AI tools to improve processes and outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Translate product strategy into executable roadmap with iterative value delivery.; maintain alignment with leadership priorities and business objectives.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, generate insights, and support solutioning as needed.
  • Gather and refine requirements by learning processes, using the system, stakeholders and ensuring clarity for delivery teams.
  • Manage backlog and priorities using frameworks (like RICE); communicate trade-offs effectively.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops and apply design-thinking techniques to validate assumptions and improve outcomes.
  • Map processes and dependencies using systems thinking; identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Champion user experience through personas and journey mapping; ensure solutions address real pain points.
  • Ensure new capabilities are launched with clear success criteria (KPIs), tracking, and operational readiness.
  • Foster alignment across teams; remove blockers and maintain transparency through status updates.
  • Act as the central point of contact for your product area, ensuring clear communication of priorities, progress, and outcomes.
  • Maintain accountability for results and continuous improvement after release.
  • Ensure compliance and quality in collaboration with Legal and Operations; uphold privacy and regulatory standards.
  • Post-launch support: monitor performance, manage enhancements, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in information technology or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in product management or product development.
  • Proficiency in AI tools for research, ideation, and workflow optimization.
  • Basic SQL query skills for reporting and data validation.
  • Strong ability to manage requirements, prioritize work, and coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Familiarity with design thinking, systems thinking, and user-centered practices.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to frameworks like OKRs, Cause and Effect, Design thinking to drive successful outcomes.
  • CSPO/PSPO or similar certification (optional).
