Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated MBA freshers to join our real estate sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, while building long-term relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fluency in English and local languages.
- Assist in generating leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Build and maintain a strong client base and foster long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, operations) for seamless sales processes.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and property prices.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain client and property records using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related specialization (2024/2025 pass-outs preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest or knowledge in the real estate industry
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
