Job Role – Telecaller

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our growing team. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential students and professionals, helping them understand our courses and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and working professionals.
  • Explain course details (CPA, CMA, CIA, EA, CFE, etc.) and answer queries.
  • Counsel students regarding career opportunities and benefits of certifications.
  • Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into successful enrollments.
  • Work closely with the sales & counseling team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Keep accurate records of calls and student interactions in CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Prior telecalling/tele-sales experience will be an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
