We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Executive to manage accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accuracy in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, support audits, and assist management in financial decision-making.

  • Key Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, etc.).
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Support payroll processing and expense management.
  • Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as per compliance requirements.
  • Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and financial reports.
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all financial transactions.
  • Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, and vouchers.
  • Support management with financial data for planning and budgeting.
  • Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting (manufacturing/industry experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
