About the Job:
We are launching a
new vertical
in our Doors Division and seeking a dynamic
Senior Sales Manager
to lead this exciting growth opportunity. If you are a results-driven sales leader with experience in doors, furniture, or building materials, this role offers the chance to build and shape a high-impact sales function from the ground up.
You will drive B2B sales strategy, develop key client relationships, and lead a team focused on expanding our footprint in residential, commercial, and institutional markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the
new Doors & Interiors vertical
, setting sales targets and business goals - Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and interior designers
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in key market segments
- Mentor and manage the sales team, providing coaching and performance management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, production, and logistics teams
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies
- Report regularly to senior leadership on sales progress and forecasts
Profile Summary:
- 7–10 years of experience in
B2B/project sales
, preferably in
doors, furniture, or building materials - Proven leadership skills and ability to build and lead a new sales vertical
- Strong network within the architecture, construction, and interior design industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Based in or willing to work from
Kanjurmarg, Mumbai
