PropChk is India's leading Property Inspection Company, offering services in NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, and Chennai. We have conducted over 22,000 inspections in over 500 projects acrosss 10 cities in India. At present, 40 mn sq ft is under inspection across multiple projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a City Head - Operations based in Mumbai. The City Head - Operations will oversee daily operations, manage and support team of QC Engineers, ensure quality control, and handle budgeting and resource allocation. This role involves reporting on operational performance, coordinating with various departments, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence. City Head is expected to hold monthly review meetings with the top management of our developer clients to showcase the construction quality-related issues observed in their projects.

Key Responsibilities

·    Lead and allocate inspection activities across multiple projects.

·    Monitor day-to-day civil inspections (shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, plastering, waterproofing, finishing works).

·    Ensure compliance with IS codes, project specifications, and ITP/MTP requirements.

·    Collect, review, and consolidate QC reports (daily/weekly/monthly).

·    Plan manpower schedules and identify technical support requirements.

·    Represent QC team in client kick-off meetings and technical discussions.

·    Identify lapses and raise NCRs with corrective measures.

·    Conduct training and mentor QC engineers.

·    Ensure compliance with ISO/QMS standards and support audits.

Skills & Competencies

·    Strong expertise in Mivan & conventional residential projects.

·    Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, NCR handling, ITP/MTP.

·    Leadership and client-handling skills.

·    Excellent documentation and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

·    B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

· years of QA/QC experience in high-rise residential projects (Mivan & conventional).

·    Prior third-party inspection experience is an advantage.
