Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a MS O365 Administrator located in Hyderabad. The MS O365 Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Microsoft O365 environment, including user management, security, and compliance. Daily tasks include troubleshooting issues, providing support, deploying updates, and ensuring the smooth operation of O365 services. The role also involves collaborating with IT teams, implementing best practices, and staying informed about the latest O365 features and updates.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft O365 administration, including user management, security, and compliance
  • Experience with troubleshooting and providing support for O365 issues
  • Familiarity with deploying updates and ensuring smooth operation of O365 services
  • Ability to collaborate with IT teams and implement best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to stay informed about the latest O365 features and updates
  • Experience with on-site IT roles
  • Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft O365 Administrator
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
