PA/Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments arrangements.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining records.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending matters.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a PA/Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Email writing, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Good Communication Skills.
