Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to join our team. The role involves interacting with clients over the phone, providing information about our skin and hair treatments, booking appointments, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and handle incoming inquiries from clients.
  • Explain clinic services, treatment options, and offers in a clear and friendly manner.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients.
  • Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns and online inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update details in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the front desk and clinical team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle customer questions and feedback professionally.
  • Work towards daily and weekly call and booking targets.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills in English and local languages (e.g., Hindi,Tamil,malayalamv etc.).
  • Friendly, confident, and positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM entry).
  • Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
  • Willingness to learn about clinic services and treatment options.

Education:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
  • Freshers are welcome — full training will be provided.

Salary:

  • Competitive salary + attractive incentives based on performance.

Work Schedule:

  • Insert working hours, e.g., 09:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
