Job Title: Appointment Specialist
Location: Noida
Role Overview:
seeking motivated Appointment Specialists to connect with potential customers, set up qualified meetings, and support our counselling team. This role offers rapid growth opportunities for high performers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and connect with potential clients via telecalling.
- Explain products clearly and pre-qualify leads.
- Set up meetings with Counsellors and ensure high show-up rates.
- Maintain CRM pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive growth strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 60% in academics.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite.
Compensation:
- Fixed CTC: ₹5,00,000 per annum.
- Incentives: Up to ₹60,000/month for top performers.
