Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a keen eye for design and usability. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining innovative web applications that enhance user experience and meet client needs. This role requires proficiency in various programming languages, frameworks, and tools, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain web applications using modern technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Angular, React, or
  • Implement server-side logic using languages such as Python (Django), PHP, Ruby on Rails, or .NET.
  • Design and manage databases using MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Create RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance application functionality.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create responsive web designs that provide optimal user experiences across devices.
  • Utilize version control systems like Git and platforms such as GitHub for code management.
  • Participate in code reviews and unit testing to ensure high-quality software development practices.
  • Employ CI/CD practices for efficient deployment processes using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
  • Engage in system architecture discussions to optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and project outcomes.

Skills

  • Proficient in front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap
  • Experience with back-end frameworks: Django, Spring Framework, ASP.NET
  • Familiarity with database management systems: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices including Docker, Ansible, AWS
  • Understanding of web services (REST/SOAP) and API development
  • Experience with content management systems: WordPress, Drupal
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and wireframing tools
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello
  • Proficient in version control systems: Git (GitHub), SVN
  • Understanding of data visualization techniques and tools
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for web development
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks for unit testing
