Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or business development, with strong communication skills and a passion for building client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable services
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams for project execution
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development/sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
- Only candidates from Tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula) or nearby states should apply.
