Job SummaryWe are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to assist in daily kitchen and outlet operations. The ideal candidate will help with food handling, packaging, serving, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene in the kitchen and customer area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in food preparation and packaging of items.
  • Serve menu items to customers and ensure timely, polite service.
  • Communicate clearly and handle customers in a friendly, respectful manner.
  • Hand over packed items to customers and delivery partners (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.).
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, counters, and customer areas.
  • Support chefs or kitchen leads during busy hours.
  • Follow safety and hygiene standards for food handling.
  • Manage waste disposal and keep work areas tidy.
  • Refill inventory items like packaging materials, ingredients, and cleaning supplies.
  • Take responsibility for daily tasks and maintain punctuality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in kitchen, café, or food outlet preferred (not mandatory).
  • Good communication and basic customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, cleanliness, and discipline.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and evenings.
