We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 1–2 years of experience in analyzing and documenting requirements for web development, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms, and custom software solutions. The ideal candidate should be able to bridge the gap between clients and the development team, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Translate client needs into clear project specifications (BRD, SRS, wireframes, user stories).
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and testers to ensure requirement alignment.
  • Support project managers in scope definition, timeline planning, and progress tracking.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and research to guide feature design and user flow.
  • Assist in creating user journey maps, workflows, and wireframes for web/mobile apps.
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and client demos.
  • Maintain documentation and change logs throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in web/app development, custom applications, or e-commerce projects.
  • Understanding of SDLC (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall models).
  • Good knowledge of web and mobile technologies, e-commerce platforms, and digital products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in creating documentation: BRD, SRS, flow diagrams, and wireframes.
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Jira, Trello, , or similar.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to SEO and digital marketing metrics.
  • Basic understanding of database design, API integrations, and system architecture.
  • Experience working with UI/UX teams and wireframing tools.
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles or requirement workshops.
