Celebrity Social Media Manager

We are hiring an experienced social media leader to manage and grow the public-facing digital presence of a high-profile celebrity. You will create attention-driving content, protect reputation, and convert audience engagement into brand partnerships and commercial value.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a platform-specific content strategy (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X) that amplifies personal brand and drives engagement and follower growth.
  • Plan, produce and edit high-quality short-form and long-form content—coordinate shoots, approve creative briefs, and deliver assets on schedule.
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement, monitor sentiment, and implement rapid-response reputation and crisis management protocols.
  • Lead paid social campaigns and sponsored content activations in collaboration with brand partners and advertising teams to maximise commercial outcomes.
  • Negotiate and execute content licensing, usage rights and campaign deliverables with legal and talent representation.
  • Track performance using analytics, produce insight-driven reports, and iterate creative and distribution tactics to improve KPIs.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

  • Proven portfolio managing social media for celebrities, influencers, or high-profile public figures.
  • Deep expertise in content production workflows—pre-production, on-set direction, post-production, and publishing.
  • Experience running paid social and sponsored content on Meta and YouTube ecosystems.
  • Strong crisis and reputation management capability for high-visibility accounts.
  • Commercial acumen with track record of securing and executing brand partnerships.
  • Availability for on-site work in India, flexible for shoots, events and travel.

Preferred

  • Background in PR, talent management or agency-side celebrity campaigns.
  • Experience scaling YouTube channels and long-form video programming.
  • Multilingual content experience or prior work across pan-India audiences.
