Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic social media expert who can lead influencer-led campaigns and drive brand presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert for social channels, demonstrate strong ownership, attention to detail, and communicate effectively across leadership levels. A passion for customer experience on social media and the ability to provide ongoing insights is essential.

  • Own the social media strategy including content creation, ORM, and monthly calendars.
  • Develop and launch paid social media campaigns for all owned brands, ensuring robust strategies and consistent learning loops for improvement.
  • Manage creative, media, and influencer agencies to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Build
    social-first campaigns
    focused on delivering KPIs.
  • Analyze and report on social channel performance to measure campaign effectiveness and drive scalable learnings.
  • Lead social media listening, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with platform partners to adopt the latest features and best practices.
  • Continuously ideate and innovate to strengthen the brand's social footprint.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience in social media management and/or planning.
  • Passion for social media and a strong understanding of its business impact.
  • Experience working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
  • Experience managing and negotiating media and content contracts.
  • Understanding of creative development processes and media planning.
  • Must have an active social media presence on Instagram and other key platforms with a strong follower base.

  • Proven track record of delivering impactful social media campaigns in dynamic environments.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to leverage data to shape and measure marketing programs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and functions.
