Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Software Support & Training Executive with foundational skills in SQL and .NET. The ideal candidate will assist clients in using our inbuilt Distributor Management System (DMS) software, provide product training, troubleshoot issues, and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for our DMS software to distributors clients

  • Conduct product training sessions (online and onsite) for new users

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic SQL/.NET-related issues in the application

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and support resolutions

  • Assist in preparing training materials and user guides

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, data handling)

  • Familiarity with .NET framework and C# fundamentals

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving attitude

  • Willingness to travel for onsite training (if required)

Preferred Traits

  • Experience with ERP or distributor management systems

  • Exposure to customer support

  • Passion for learning and growing in a client-facing tech role
