Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and driven professional to manage key client relationships and lead new business initiatives. This is a full-time,
onsite role
based at our Bangalore office, ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing:
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure consistent quality and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with creative, design, digital, and strategy teams for effective execution.
- Prepare client reports, campaign performance summaries, and presentations.
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Support in pitch development, proposal writing, and presentations.
- Build strong relationships in the real estate, healthcare, lifestyle, and retail sectors.
Key Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in client servicing or business development in an advertising, branding, events, or digital agency.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Good understanding of creative processes, brand campaigns, and integrated marketing solutions.
- Willingness to work
onsite full-time
at our Bangalore office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with real estate, healthcare, or sustainability-focused clients.
- Familiarity with project management and CRM tools.
- A strong professional network in relevant sectors.
