Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and suggest suitable eyewear products.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and offers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with frame selection, lens options, and accessories.
  • Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement in the store.
  • Handle billing, cash/UPI transactions, and basic documentation.
  • Coordinate with optometrists for eye-testing requirements.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Participate in promotional activities and support store marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
  • Experience in retail sales (eyewear, fashion, or lifestyle products preferred).
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Office, POS).
  • Positive attitude, customer-first approach, and team spirit.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (as per store timings).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience & performance).
