Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will oversee team management, drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of store presentation and profitability. This role requires a proactive leader with a focus on operational excellence, team development, and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and enhance profitability.
  • Lead, motivate, and train sales staff to achieve sales targets and improve performance through regular feedback and coaching.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to foster positive shopping experiences and high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and visual displays to meet brand standards consistently.
  • Conduct sales performance analysis and monitor customer trends to optimize store operations.
  • Implement creative marketing and sales strategies, including upselling and cross-selling, to expand market share and increase average basket value.
  • Manage inventory, procurement of Jockey products, and cash handling procedures.
  • Monitor and control profit and loss (P&L) statements to ensure the store's financial health.
  • Handle customer complaints and staff grievances professionally and efficiently.
  • Perform additional duties as required to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in retail management for 2-3 years.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on approach to inventory, visual merchandising, and cash management.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and retail best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
